The Role: Customer Success Specialist
The Team: The Polk Automotive Solutions Customer Success Team is a dynamic, solutions-oriented team of account management and product enablement professionals. Through industry insights and product consulting, we bring strategic ideas to our internal and external clients. Through timelines, documentation, and internal and external communication, we ensure positive customer outcomes.
The Impact: The PAS Customer Success Team serves as true sales enablement. We remove barriers to product fulfillment and actively assist Sales in the discovery process to help clients articulate their goals and provide solutions that utilize Polk data. We provide frictionless facilitation to deliver successful, valuable outcomes and results. We are excited to announce the role of Customer Success Specialist, Platform Partnerships. This position is slated for U.S. coverage and will partner with our Platform Partnerships Sales team. The role will report directly to the Head of Customer Success for Polk Automotive Solutions. In this role, you will work closely with Sales, Production, Customer Success Specialists, and clients to ensure seamless delivery and timely responses to client delivery questions and troubleshooting inquiries.
Responsibilities:
Act as the day-to-day contact for Platform Partnerships clients and Sales teams.
Provide Customer Success support for Polk Automotive Solutions Platform Partnerships business:
Become the product expert for services within your client base and consult with Sales and customers to provide the best solution.
Become an expert on your clients: their objectives, needs, and working style.
Collaborate closely and effectively with Polk Sales teams.
Attend all meetings, compiling recaps and action items to maintain momentum.
Run status meetings as needed.
Manage Salesforce organization and documentation.
Own customer management, working closely with Sales and Customer Success Enablement to achieve client goals.
Serve as the point of contact with internal resources to solve client issues, ensuring themes are communicated to product.
Partner with product and production teams to ensure product feedback is integrated into product enhancement roadmaps.
Organize and manage reports.
Set up and organize internal workflows.
Qualifications:
Strong knowledge of, and/or interest in, the Automotive marketing and digital landscape.
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Detail-oriented, driven by organization and efficiency.
Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
Ability to learn and adapt quickly in a rapidly changing environment.
Capacity to build strong working relationships in a collaborative setting.
Proficient in the Microsoft Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, Word) and Salesforce applications.
Compensation/Benefits Information (US Applicants Only): S&P Global states that the anticipated base salary range for this position is $67,387-$90,000. Final base salary for this role will be based on the individual’s geographic location, as well as experience level, skill set, training, licenses, and certifications. In addition to base compensation, this role is eligible for an annual incentive plan. This role is eligible to receive additional S&P Global benefits.
